Wanted to blow up the school: in Volgograd detained a teenager

In Volgograd have detained the teenager who was going to commit mass murder at school. FSB discovered he had IEDs, Molotov cocktails, and melee weapons. The teenager claims that he wanted to use it for entertainment purposes, however, it brought criminal case under two articles. Earlier this year the FSB has repeatedly prevented the mass killings in schools.

The Government of Ukraine plans to unload prisons in connection with the coronavirus pandemic, said the Minister of Justice of the country Denis Malyuska, reported on May 14 TV channel Gromadske.
