The Ministry of Finance proposes to amend the recently adopted law on digital financial assets (CFA), which will de facto ban the circulation of cryptocurrency in Russia. Exceptions will affect three cases, but for this, a Russian owning digital assets will have to die, go bankrupt or go under enforcement proceedings.
