Camp country: in the United States advise Ukraine to accept more migrants

A major American think tank advises Kiev to review its migration policy and start accepting more refugees, thereby stimulating its economy. Ukrainians fear that launching such a discussion could mean a change in the vector of Western policy towards the country and that Europe will begin to consider Ukraine as a large camp for migrants.
